Every New Years I make a resolution to share more of my work. To be more present on social media and post more. Honestly though, I think my resolution should be to feel more comfortable being offline. I do not like blogging, I dislike sitting on a computer. I have a busy young family of athletes and a farm full of chaos that takes my attention elsewhere.
But, I do love photography. I love being behind the camera and documenting so many milestones and families growing. I love all my clients, especially repeat ones like the Ochoas. We had so much fun last week in the woods hiking deep into the trees for that gorgeous circle of pines. I love catching up and seeing what the past year has brought and talking to your children seeing how they’ve grown. I love that so many of you have grown to be friends. My favorite part of this session was at the end, meeting all Teagans ducks & just chatting while capturing things that matter most to you. That is what I will be focusing more on this year. To photograph with more intent and authenticity that you will be able to see when looking your photos. That is what I’m excited to share with you in the year ahead.
So if you don’t see me post often, consider this your yearly reminder that I’m still here. I am still taking on sessions and have no plans to put down my camera. I’m excited for the next year ahead and looking forward to spending it with you. I would love to talk more if you are interested in scheduling your next family session.
