Something you may not realize is, photography has seasons of busy. By busy, I mean nonstop shooting, barley take a break, forget what your family looks like busy. This generally happens May-December. By the end of that busy season I am EXHAUSTED. Luckily for me, months January-April tend to be slower and I can catch my breath. After few months of rest, I miss sharing my work and showing off the beautiful families I get to capture. Since it’s almost the first day of spring I figure it’s time to start posting again. What better place to start than with the Turner family!
Heather is a local photographer at Miss B Photography & I always am so honored when another photographer trusts me with their family photos. Especially when there are so many great choices. (Thank you Heather!)
Her idea for the session was to show off our beautiful downtown Port Huron and capture the festive lights strung between businesses for her Christmas cards. I had the perfect location & the rest fell into place perfectly. Well, almost perfectly. Once we arrived to the location the lights weren’t on yet and we were on top of a building where it was windy and freezing but I digress. Eventually everything worked out and I am excited to show you the moments of joy & fierce love the Turner’s share.
If you are interested in updating your family photos this year I would love to talk more. The earlier we plan the better! Prime weekend dates are limited and booking fast. Drop me a message & say hello!
